2 tomatoes - pulp removed & Chopped finely
1 tsp Golden Crown Vinegar
6-8 flakes garlic- chopped very finely
1 tsp Big Bell Basil 1/2 tsp sugar
2-3 tbspEuro Gold Olive Oil
1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp Big Bell Oregano
50 gm cheddar cheese- diced
Bread:
A small French Bread- cut into slices of 1/2" thickness
4 Flakes Garlic- Crushed
4 tbsp Euro Gold Olive Oil

Method
* Cut each tomato into 4 pieces & remove pulp, chop the seeded tomatoes into very small pieces.
* Mix all other ingredients with tomatoes & keep aside at room temperature for at least 30 minutes for tomatoes absorb flavors.
* Spread garlic and EURO GOLD OLIVE OIL on bread and toast it.
* Spread 1 heaped tbsp of prepared tomato topping (at room temperature) on the toasted slice.
* Serve immediately
